CBD Oil is not legal in all countries. As a buyer, you must be aware of which laws and regulations apply in your country.
The amount will be raised first on your card when the item is shipped.
We use it at any time, for the customer, the fastest and cheapest supplier solution. Goods are sent to the specified adreese.
As a consumer, you have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be provided by (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not regret just refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs for the return of the goods. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Goods except for the right of withdrawal
The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
Delivery of food, beverages or other goods to household consumption, which is physically delivered to the consumer's home, place of residence or workplace by a trader who frequently and regularly serves fixed routes,
Establishment or assignment of immovable property, with the exception of distance selling agreements relating to financial services or of distance selling agreements relating to the letting of immovable property,
Construction of building,
Comprised of section 1, subsection 1 of the Consumer Rights Agreements Act on Temporary Share Accommodation, Long-Term Vacation Products, etc.,
Comprised of section 1, subsection 1, in the Package Travel Act,
Games in which a monetary contribution is paid for participation, or
Where the goods and the purchase price are exchanged at the same time as an agreement is concluded outside the trader's business location, the purchase price does not exceed 350 kr.
Non-financial services performed if the provision of the service has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the cancellation right ends when the service is fully performed,
Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinctive personal touch,
Delivery of goods which may be expected to deteriorate or outdated quickly,
Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with other goods upon delivery,
Delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was fixed at the conclusion of the purchase agreement and delivery can only take place after 30 days and where the actual value depends on market conditions that the trader does not influence,
Agreements on specific urgent repair or maintenance work by the consumer, as it has explicitly requested in advance,
Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that the consumer has broken the seal on,
Delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for the delivery of such publications,
Agreements concluded at a public auction,
Supply of services in the form of accommodation, except for residential purposes, carriage of goods, car hire, catering or services in connection with leisure facilities, as provided for in the agreement, on which date or within which period the service in question is to be performed,
Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that he or she loses his right of withdrawal,
Financial services covered by the Mortgage and Mortgage Bond Act, etc.
Agreements on goods, securities or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the capital market which the trader has no influence on and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
You lose your right of withdrawal if;
You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygienic reasons.
You're taking the plummeting of audio or video recordings or computer software.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal data are registered with Dilak Aps and stored for five years after which the information is deleted.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area if the conditions for this are met.
